Summary Note This study seeks to provide an independent quantitative cost-benefit analysis of the Standards for the final Regulation Impact Statement. Chapter One provides a brief overview of the DDA and the Standards; Chapter Two sets out the estimated costs of Standards compliance provided by education providers; Chapter Three discusses the appropriateness of the estimates set out in Chapter Two; Chapter Four provides an estimate of the benefits attributable to the Standards; Chapter Five summarises the findings from the previous chapters; and Appendix A includes a list of stakeholders consulted during the course of this project.
