General Note	This is the final issue of this annual report. Advice from the NSW Department of Education and Training (DET), 16.2.2010, is that due to 2007 amendments to the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act 1977, individual agencies, including DET are not required to produce a separate EEO report. From 2008, the EEO report has been incorporated into the DET Annual Report – Appendix 2. Statistical tables are published in the Statistical Compendium section of the Annual Report.
