Highlight: Yass Courier 1907 report of court proceedings Yass Police Court, parent charged with neglecting to send his son to school the requisite number of days. E. Dash headmaster, Yass District School, proved the boy had only attended school 67 days in the half year ending 30th June. Parent fined 20s with 6s costs in default seven days hard labor in Yass gaol. |
