LGBTIQA+ teachers' experiences of workplace discrimination and disadvantage :

"Accordingly, this project sought to examine the prevalence of LGBTIQA+ bias-based workplace discrimination – that is, experiences which were viewed as directly linked to one’s known or suspected identity as LGBTIQA+ – in New South Wales government schools, as experienced by LGBTIQA+ educators across the sector. Furthermore, a key aim was to investigate which members of the school community were seen as primarily engaging in these discriminatory behaviours and to better understand the nature and impact of those incidences." -- Research aims.
