Manly Warringah teachers ask you to take a long hard look at education this week.
Authorised by Ray Cavenagh, Secretary, Manly-Warringah Teachers' Association. "The Manly-Warringah Teachers' Association has published this pamphlet for Education Week 1969. We have done so because we feel that parents should know and understand the circumstances under which their children are being educated and why teachers are dissatisfied." -- page 2. " The Shops and Factories Act sets out minimum standards for the accommodation and safety of all employees in industry. But these do not apply [to children] in public schools." -- page 12.
