Poster text: The O’Farrell government’s proposed $1.6 billon cuts to public schools and TAFE will directly affect the education of students and the future of NSW. Your local school will have less, even if the number of students increases. This wrong. In TAFE, courses are disappearing and teachers are losing their jobs. This is wrong. Students with all sorts of needs will not have the expert assistance they deserve. This is wrong. |
Poster text, continued: On Sunday 18 November, the NSW Teachers Federation will host a Community Day of Action at Darling Harbour and regional venues across the state. Voice your support for a robust, equitable public education system of schools and TAFE colleges that meet the needs of every student.
