All TAFE teachers need to lobby politicians now for funding for more permanent positions and pro-rata pay and conditions for part-time/casual teachers. Part-time/casual teachers deserve fair pay and conditions. Permanent teachers need their assistance to manage the workload. Students need access to their teachers outside class time.
