"Federation has proudly sponsored native tree plantings across hundreds of schools since the establishment of the Tree Levy Grants scheme by decisions of Annual Conference from 1989-90. Available records indicate that Federation has awarded some 600 schools (more than one in four across NSW) a Tree Levy grant over the life of the scheme, making a significant contribution to the environmental and physical improvement of NSW public schools." -- NSWTF Annual Report 2023.
