Workplace investigations /
In Workplace Investigations you will learn about: all a workplace investigation entails and when it is required; scoping and planning an investigation appropriately; the importance of identifying, collecting, preserving, and analysing different kinds of evidence; making findings of fact in a procedurally fair way; assessing wrongdoing against your organisation's code of conduct, standards, and policies, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, fraud and business integrity breaches; determining what further steps your organisation should take to improve working relationships, manage risks, and ensure future compliance; writing comprehensive policies and communicating them to your organisation to install and foster a solid workplace culture. The authors, Worklogic Directors Jodie Fox and Jason Clark, as well as former Directors Rose Bryant-Smith and Grevis Beard, have collectively conducted and supervised thousands of investigations since founding Worklogic in 2007. In this text they share their wealth of experience, depth of knowledge and analytical rigour. Includes bibliographical references and index.
