Anniversary issues: 50th anniversary of formation of Federation 1968: The Jubilee Supplement to Education December 4 1968 describes events that took place during that year to mark the 50th anniversary. Each issue of Education throughout that year also contains coverage. Anniversary issues: 75th anniversary of formation of Federation 1993: There are a number of articles in the October 11 1993 issue of Education to mark the 75th anniversary, particularly "The struggle for equal pay: a tribute to Federation women" / by Margaret Millar; July 19 issue contains article "75 years of achievement: address by Phil Cross, President, to Annual Conference", and, "75th anniversary recognition" / Kathy Deacon, an address to Annual Conference on behalf of younger Federation members, and the article includes a photograph of Kathy Deacon with Elizabeth Mattick (Deputy President of NSWTF 1968-1971). Anniversary issues: 100 years anniversary of formation of Federation 2018. To mark the centenary of the foundation of the NSW Teachers Federation, 7 x 4-page individual issues were published separately as historic supplements to issues of Education during 2018, recalling the campaigns of previous decades. The supplements feature reproductions of illustrations and photographs from historic issues of Education, as well as original articles, written by Judy King. “Centenary Special Edition Historian Judy King” Education, Vol 99 No 1 March 2018, p. 2, and subsequent issues for that year.
