In the 'Managing behaviour' series Rogers shows how positive behaviour in students can be encouraged by the way the preventative approach is set up. He deals with positive discipline and classroom management and demonstrates the skills of: peer negotiation, mirroring, rehearsal, reframing, communicating calmness, planned encouragement and collegial support. Video used in the DET course "Teacher refresher program". Advice from Dr. Bill Rogers, March 2015, is that the DVDs in the 'Managing behaviour' series can be viewed in any order; however, some people might wish to start with "Prevention."
